And also how I did not fucking want to. I felt stiff and grumpy... which I know was because I had NOT been moving my body lately. (Especially not with intention.) The wind suddenly picked up in that moment and I realized I had to move my tent to adjust accordingly. So I got the fuck up, set up my camp even BETTER than before. And had a really healing six hours at one of my favorite places. I swear nature will rarely give us what we want, but often gives us what we need. Shoutout to the ocean, my favorite tough love element out there.
