Oh and because I'm feeling better about, fucking everything if I'm being honest, I'm going to spend this week taking care of my outer appearance more.
Like I wanna feel like a new women by this time next week lmfao. Face masks, shaving, light therapy, soak my flippers in some scolding hot Epsom salt water, smooth HYDRATED and SOFT body.
I've started putting a little mascara on the last few days and I really cannot tell you the last time I really took time to look at myself and how much I do like what I see. For so much of my life, I just couldn't look at myself for a long time. So these past few months really brought me back to those times, and it was fucking difficult to snap back to reality. My reality in my present life, not the reality I had once lived.
If you've been going through a bad dip with your clinical depression, I hope for you to have your snap back to reality moment soon too and remember you're not your thoughts.
