There's been this persistent knot at the lower part of my left hip for a little over a month, but it became hella uncomfortable. Today was the second back cracker appointment I had over the last week and I cannot tell you how much better I felt leaving. The knot was still there when I left (my whole body has been one big tense irritated muscle for the last few months), but I could feel it ready to pop.
And I'm happy to report that my solo session was so intense, that knot finally popped. I popped, waterfalled, and came so passionately I took a lil nap on the floor for a couple minutes. 69/10 will film again soon.
It's made me happy getting back to me in every sense. It's been heavy, and now I'm actively feeling that weight. Getting off anti-depressants was harder on me mentally, physically, and emotionally than getting on them in the first place. No one talks about what you go through, how severe the with-drawals will overcome your body, or how long of a process it takes and everyone can react differently.
Anyway. Mostly wanted to share a diddle moment but I felt if maybe someone could relate, they'd feel seen. That's really all I've wanted to feel in the past 3 months.
