🕑 Added 2022-05-30 10:04:41 +0000 UTC I had this plan for the year - to run 3 or 4 half marathons In different European cities. I started training in November and here we are - 29 of May, Edinburgh. I have never been here, may be the main reason to choose it. And I wanted to visit smaller venues, too big crouds exaust me. I am not in my best shape, not mentioning that I only train 12 km and I need to run 21 today. I wear my Brooks, shorts and long sleeve. My boobs packed tightly in a sport bra. I had set this intention to have sex at the marathons but I didn’t prepare. Was planning to set up a date on tinder but.. I somehow procrastinated on that one. As the croud gathers at the start, impatient, excited, everybody chatting I set up my headphones and start scrolling trough my audiobooks. Which one to choose.. I push play and gaze at the sky. What a beautiful day - little cluds sprincled at the sky, no rain on the forcast. Than someone pushes me from behind. “I am sorry” he says and I look at his shoes. Not really proper running ones, more of a trecking sole may be. “No problem. The croud is big. A way too big for my taste.” I talk to myself. The run starts. As I listen to my audiobook my mind wanders to the tought of combining marathon and sex. What was I thinking. I’ll feel like a wreck at the finish. It takes me two hours to get to the end - sweaty, red, gasping, my hair sticked to my forhead. I am dying for icecream. And I see it - a gelatto spot in the nearby corner. My mind focuses like an artow and I find strenght in my legs to walk down. Strawberry sorbet it will be .. in a cone. “Oops. You again!” He grins, his skin wet, his smile charming as he has not just finished running 21 km. “It seems I’ll need to ask you for dinner, to compensate for me hitting you from behind whole day”.. he is too confident I think. And may be too y0ung. “I am not shure if I’ll have the power. My legs are sore. But thank you” “No need to make efforts. Where do you stay, I can come by and help you with the pain.” He insists looking at my sweaty boobs. Eating me with his eager eyes.
