People tell me I’m hot and sexy. How did I get here? By a ton of effort and lots of sacrifice, sweat, and sustained strength and courage. It is the willingness to battle on the tough days…going out to run when it’s 85 degrees, or lifting weights when it’s 10:15pm and you’ve been working hard all day, or having a dessert of watermelon or cantaloupe instead of ice cream. (Believe me…that third one is WAY harder for me than the first two)
Sticking to a program is never easy, but if you want it bad enough you can achieve results like this too. My DM is always open for those who need advice or help on their fitness journey.
