So this was my attempt to record part of my run in the fog and rain tonight but I failed miserably at holding the camera steady. Might want to just listen to the audio lol. This will give you an idea of how hard I work on these warm humid days though…it’s not easy!
This run ended up as 6 miles in 43:12, or roughly 4:30/km. I’m getting strong again! 🏃♂️☔️
