But rather than continuing to dwell on what I’m NOT doing, I decided to refocus that energy and do something about it. That initial step was the hardest part of my workout! I gave myself time on the mat to stretch, breathe, and reconnect to my body.. and I feel SO good 💫 It’s easy to fall out of routine when life changes, especially this past year shoutout 2020 😅 But more importantly, it’s as simple as making a conscious decision to start again and create a new, even better routine.
