🕑 Added 2022-05-12 00:53:11 +0000 UTC Gut Health I’ll make it short because this isn’t a sex related post so nobody cares… The first picture is from the gym yesterday and the other picture is from about 6 weeks ago when I started this account; the difference is 11 pounds. Back in late January I got a really bad stomach virus. I was sick for 10 days (including on my birthday) and lost 20 pounds. I looked pretty ripped but unhealthy. I had lots of friends reaching out telling me that I need to eat something. Clearly, these were not close friends because my real friends know that all I do is eat. Normally after a stomach virus, the weight comes right back on and recovery time is quick, but this time was definitely different. I wasn’t able to gain a single pound back no matter how much I ate. Irregular bowel movements multiple times a day (I know, TMI sorry) feeling tired and weak all of the time. It was like this for 2 months. I was really worried about my health, thought maybe I was dying; I know, sounds dramatic, but that’s what anxiety does- it really makes you overthink every situation🙄. I started taking probiotics/prebiotics right around the time that I started my Only Fans. I was tight on money and had to take the really good stuff; you know, the live probiotics that they keep in the little fridge at Whole Foods. I was spending about 15 bucks a day on probiotics for a good 3 weeks before I started to see things start to come back to normal. This site definitely helped me flip the bill on that one, so thank you everyone for helping me heal❤️ Pretty much this whole year so far has been me focusing on getting back to proper health and it’s been a long journey. But I can say that this past month I’ve been feeling 100 percent again😊 What was it that caused this? Still not sure. Maybe a tapeworm or a parasite, who knows. I’m not the biggest fan of going to the doctors. I’ll go if I have to, but before that, I usually try to go the natural route and I’m really happy that it worked. This was the first big health scare I’ve ever really had. I’ve had the luck of good health throughout my life, so not gonna lie- this scared the shit out of me. Despite all the craziness these past few weeks, I have my health. So take care of yourself my peeps, because health really is wealth🍎
