Living in a new city is really exciting for me and I’m stoked to meetnew people. I love to spend time outdoors and there’s a lot more cool spots up here for me to do so. I’ve been getting back into my yoga practice, journaling, and meditating. Happy Monday everyone! Wishing everyone nothing but the best this upcoming week. I’ll be working on some new content. Making a 20-30 minute yoga class- something real basic and short for when you’re crunched with time and just wanna get a stretch in.
