Do you have that Friday feeling? π If not then I found this video that might help lol. I do though as Iβm feeling pretty good! I can see and feel the benefits of my gym sessions and classes. Itβs been a another full on week but Iβm enjoying it all even weight training which has really surprised me. My inner thighs can now squeeze together 54kg, while my outer thighs can push out a massive 73kg! It just goes to show that you never know what youβre body can do until you push it ποΈββοΈ
