Hi, guys! There's been a fan requesting that I do more weightlifting in superheroine or supervillainess costumes. And I've been wanting to show off more of the days in my newest lifting program. Aaaaaand since my Harley Quinn corset sets off my back and shoulders so well, it seemed like doing a cosplay back & shoulders day would be the perfect combination of elements. Ordinarily, this program would have two or three core exercises included as well, but like I mentioned...corset.
