Think I was kidding myself thinking I’d be able to easily do the routine I used to do several years ago😳 I used to play in the basketball team when was younger and now look! - LOOK at what I’ve done to myself 🐷 Former athletic body completely RUINED!
I think I may have been in a little denial about just how much of a fatty I’ve turned into🐷
