Happy weekend guys, it is lovely to go to the beach today but I came to the spa and gym, to work a bit on my body, because after this holiday all inclusive, I put half a stone for just 10 days. Now I am on a diet , and some exercise and will see if all this will help me to reduce the weight. This is like the joke I like - the trainer said to the group of ladies - good work, you burn calories like you do in 5 times powerful sex. So one of the ladies said—,,so why instead to torcher us , you don’t fu.k us 😀enjoy your weekend 😘😘😘
