Management seems optimistic. “We have a zero tolerance policy” okay then why are we giving her(it’s just one lady and she’s in lower management) this many chances? She’s being spoken to again soon and I’m nervous about how that will go. She’s really good at her job, but like be nice- it’s not difficult. Correct yourself on pronouns after someone has been out for 2 years and with new coworkers who you met knowing they had those pronouns 🤦🏻♀️ I was able to use a lot of the medical equipment I formerly(Pre-going back to school) was not allowed to touch. I’ve also been working on general skills with both day and night staff. Now that I have the summer off and I’m working ~5pm-7am (varies but mostly 12hr shifts. Today was 13.5hrs), I can finally show off the skills I’ve acquired.
