I decided to make a dessert called "Melktert" (milk tart) and I adapted it a little to make tiny ones instead of one big tart. It reminded me of a cinnamon custard and I really enjoyed it. I was especially proud how strong the crust turned out - hope you don't mind me showing off the bottom 😘
