I was born to be an athlete. Every sport came naturally to me from figure skating where I competed nationally and was then accepted into Disney on ice, running the Boston marathon and many others, playing tennis in college, and then the real star of the show was my CrossFit and powerlifting career. I was so good at everything I did, usually the best athlete in the room. Infact, what was always hardest for me was gaining weight. My body was meant to be skinny. I was naturally and effortlessly skinny. Something most women would kill for. It was hard for me to gain weight, and it still is. If I skip one day of stuffing Iβll wake up 5lbs lighter. I wouldβve been hot and skinny for my whole life with very minimal effort. Something 90% of women beg the universe for. And I threw it all away to become an unhealthy, unfit, food addicted glutton who gained 200lbs and plans to gain 200 more. I went from counting macros to planning massive 10-20k calorie stuffings for myself. I went from spending my money on the best coaches in New England to draining my paychecks on grubhub and food apps. My life has completely and deliberately changed and that will forever be the hottest part for me π₯΅π₯΅π₯΅
