Morning guys, breakfast is served ๐ After all the talk about..
🕑 Added 2022-10-15 14:01:50 +0000 UTC Morning guys, breakfast is served ๐ After all the talk about ๐ฐ last Thursday I recalled I still had 2 sets of pics left to share with you (actually 3 but one of them is rated for all audiences and I know you want the good stuff LOL), one of them (this one) with the most updated "current state of things" ๐คฃ. I'm happy of what I've achieved this year by taking a little care and exercising, it seems it's almost back in shape! (no photoshop used here - or in most of what I share, I edit with Lightroom) ๐ Health situation: as some of you are aware, I had a health issue that got quite bad this week. A hernia in my lower neck started acting up and caused a piercing pain in my left arm. I'm a leftie, so that's not where you want to be in pain. My right foot started to also hurt, and added to my usual chronic pain and the fact I don't take painkillers it was all a blast. That prevented me to finish editing the "Osito" video in time for today, and delayed some other stuff I was preparing for you. Went to see doctors, had tests made and the good news is it seems I won't be needing surgery just yet. I'll start a 10 rehabilitation session set next Tuesday + a 2 month treatment, hoping that helps. Happy Saturday! ๐โค๏ธ
