Who still feels like a fitness beginner ✋🏻 I’m motivated and actively trying to work on my physical health! I love my body- but my endurance and breathing is laughable during workouts. I am very aware physical and mental health are linked- and we all know I’m always trying to work on my mental health 🧠 I’ll keep y’all posted on my progress!
