I will have such great ideas, then lose them just as quickly because my mind bounces around.
I just want to complete one task at a time.
One thought at a time.
I would prefer to not use an app or something on my phone, because I find I get overwhelmed being on electronics so much, yet I don’t remember to carry around a notebook or something to write things down on.
Does anyone have any little recommendations or trick you might do to keep better organized/track of time?
