Still been drained from tour but I swear some fun travel posts and music posts incoming!!
The last few days though I’ve just been catching up on work and sleep tho!! And slowly getting back into my workout routine.
Some days we do more aerobic shit, sometimes I go in the basement and do our lil bench & weights. I haven’t done actual weightlifting in years tho so my benching was pitiful hahaha gotta work back up to body weight!
