This has come up multiple times in the past week…. So let me say it to all. I do not hold on to customs that are personalized. Some times you get lucky and I still have it but it is your responsibility once I deliver it. Most handle this response with common sense but I just had some demand a refund for something he received a year ago because I could not resend it yesterday. I know most have more common sense than this but I just want to be clear. For those who also asked, I am still looking… give me over the weekend to be sure of what I already suspect.
