I've been drinking Boost to help keep my calories up, and because they taste good! I've been going through boxes of them like crazy so a fan bought me a couple boxes. It's so easy to gulp them down and get a few hundred extra calories in, and I've been drinking anywhere from 3 to 6 per day. I'm really trying to focus on GAINING this year, which means I need to get as many calories (with as little effort) as possible!
