I went to a nudist beach yesterday! Nothing is more liberating that wearing nothing but a sun hat while strutting your stuff in nature.
I was a little nervous at first to film this video. Just spreading my body around and doing yoga felt like an exhibitionst act, then I started filming. 😂
Being fully exposed to the elements, splashing around in the ocean and getting that lovely natural exfoliant all over my body is such a nourishing experience. Being able to talk to other nudists who are out there living their best life was the cherry on top of a perfect day.
Have you ever been to a publicly nude gathering like this? Tell me about your experience!
