Stretching to the Kill Bill soundtrack. Who else loves movie scores? They are one of my favorite forms of art. ๐
Lately Iโve been getting a lot of requests for more yoga content. Luckily for you, I need yoga in the worst way these days, with all of the hiking and constant moving of houses Iโve been doing. My body is exhausted and so is my mind.
For those interested in a Chile update, the truth is that I have been really tired since arriving. The weather has been hostile, like the harshest winds Iโve ever seen in my life combined with cold rain. Yesterday I went to Torres del Paine national park and had a great day of hiking and eating, but I didnโt take a single photo of myself or of the nature. I just took the opportunity to enjoy the moment. It was really healing.
In a few days I will move into a house for a month, which for me feels like settling down. ๐ Iโm looking forward to that. You must think Iโm crazy for the lifestyle I live. You would be correct in that thinking.
When life gets to be too much, even if youโre on the adventure of your dreams, slowing down with yoga and deep breathing is the perfect way to reset. Come get grounded with me. ๐๐ค
