Help me cool down after my workout with some naked splits and glute isolations! 🤸♀️🍑
I’m not sure how much more filming I will get to do at this gorgeous lagoon, so I wanted to take advantage of the opportunity to show you more nude outdoor recreation from the jungle.
In this video I explain my stretching process while also giving some pointers so you can stretch or meditate along with me. It’s subtle but simultaneously stimulating because of the angle I filmed from. 😉
Do something good for yourself today, and everyday. A little bit of movement goes a long way for the quality of your mental health. 💛
