Self-abuse is the habit of criticizing and blaming ourselves..
🕑 Added 2024-10-13 14:04:39 +0000 UTCSelf-abuse is the habit of criticizing and blaming ourselves for mistakes, underachievements or imperfections. It takes away our gravity and confidence and prevents us from moving forward and accepting ourselves for who we are. It's important to remember that mistakes are part of the journey and each experience teaches us something new. Instead of blaming yourself, reaching out to yourself for empathy and support is the first step to true outward peace and acceptance.
