Today I want to share my favorite yoga practice which I really enjoy: it's the opening of the hip joints practice. I'm still learning some of the postures here, but I already started: some time ago I was struggling even to try. Yoga is one of the main passions for me now. It helps with my mental health, so I appreciate that I have it in my life. I'm always so happy to practice π€
