🕑 Added 2020-05-07 00:18:36 +0000 UTC how I start bodybuilding? well, When i was at 14 years old i get an injury in my shoulders during my judo combats. i stop my judo training for 3 months then, after finishing my physiotherapy Treatments, the guy advice me to make my shoulders strong by some exercice, especially my rotate coife . Once I taste the pumping feeling, and I see my body growing , I keep doing bodybuilding until this days.. I mixte between bodybuilding and many other sport, and they it's the main reason why I can't put too much Muscle mass!!
