And to think... This is ONLY a cooldown and stretch post practice! This routine only takes about 8-10 mins depending on the intensity of the practice, and even in that time, the puddle of drool around your mat from the (in reality) candid sole show you're getting would be enough to swim in! 🌊
Can you imagine actually trying to make it through an entire hour long practice?! Seeing not only my soles right in your face, but like 12-15 other pairs of soles flexing, scrunching and unknowingly taunting the living fuck out of you the whole time?? 😌
Not only that, but as I'm sure I've mentioned before, most of the women who come to my classes have really nice feet... I've even noticed some with those soft, pink sole wrinkles similar to mine! Your keen love for feet would probably allow you to not only see all our sexy soles driving you wild, but likely smell 'em too?!
