Is there some internal clock that prevents you from getting a good night sleep after the age of 55? This is the time I need the sleep the most. I need my damn beauty sleep to rest and restore. My body wonβt stay asleep longer than 5 hours and itβs a restless sleep at that. Is anybody else struggling to sleep? Ok ok enough with my complaining. Iβm grateful I woke up π Well I thought you might like to wake up to my blue eyes and smile this morning. Exhausted or not itβs still me. Hehe My plans for today. Work, workout (leg day) , clean and organize, grocery shop, cook, contemplate life and practice gratitude. If the stars and moon align β¦ take a nap. I hope you have a restful Sunday π
