I worked hard at the gym this morning and finished in a pool of sweat (Mostly in my panties which kept riding up but also under my boobs). I grabbed a Pita on the way home. Stripped off my sweaty gym clothes in the bathroom, took some pics and then gobbled up my Pita. I was ravenous. At the gym I spent 30 minutes on the bike listening to someone else’s problems and I have to admit it felt good. A fellow gym goer I hadn’t seen in a while was catching me up on a big issues in his life causing him much stress. It felt really good to be an ear for someone else for a change. We all need a good listener in our lives and I’m trying to be better at that. It also worked perfectly because I’m on a complain free …no victim mode … cleanse for the next 6 weeks. I’m taking responsibility for the disempowering thoughts that run rampant in my head. 🙂 Hope your day is going well too 😘
