Happy Monday!
I’m not sure if there was a full moon last night but there was one this morning. 🙂Hehe
I thought I would share part of my morning routine. It’s not sexy but it gives you a little window into me.
I don’t always feel like going to the gym. On those days … like this morning, I try to hype myself up first. I turn on my “Warrior “ playlist, put on my gym clothes and move my body while I admire myself in the mirror. I try to remind myself of my why. Plus it blows off steam.
