I was going to film an entire set but I stopped after 3 reps because um…the TERRIBLE gym I have to go to when I’m at my family beach house doesn’t have any of their weights labeled correctly so I accidentally picked up at least 15lbs over what I should have been doing for RDLs on each side 😱 I guess I could’ve paid better attention to the weights and done the math based on the number of plates on the dumbbell but also this place needs to get its shit together lol- nothing has been updated in like 20 years 😂 P.S. WHO JIZZED ALL OVER THE MIRROR
