Hip thrusts are a great exercise to help grow your glutes (booty) HOWEVER the smallest change in form can help you get maximum results!
Push through your heels!! By pushing through your heels it forces you to use your glutes as opposed to your quads or other leg muscles. I even will lift my toes up to ensure I am completely pushing through my heels!
Also... try and hold it at the end for 5-10 seconds. It burns but in a good way!
Add a booty band for more resistance if you’d like as well 😊
