Been working on my hand stands again! I realize the lighting isn’t that great and I did a lot better with my practice earlier today, and clothed…Lol. I’ll try another naked session in the morning when the lighting is better. I took a long break from trying because my shoulder was injured from climbing and trying to handstand, but practicing with the wall has helped a lot! I’ve seen a lot of progress just practicing a little bit each day this week! My goal this year was to master the handstand and I was pretty bummed I had to quit training. I’m so happy to be trying again, pain free! Anyone else practice? (Literally took 45 minutes to post this, even on WiFi, the WiFi here sucks. Seriously considering Starlink. Thoughts?)
