β¨ god gives his chronic-est pain to his sexiest soldiers β¨
hey, hello, welcome to my reality most days of the week. pain for me is so difficult to narrow down as itβs always different spotsβsometimes my neck, sometimes a hip, usually my spine, but almost always a rib or a shoulder out of place.
i have been working so hard to fix the dislocations, the imbalances, the crookednessβ¦ iβve been seeing a chiropractor weekly for 4 months (iβve been back and forth for years) as well as getting more upper body workouts at my new aerial hoop class, a new mattress, a new desk and office chair for ergonomicsβ¦ and for a few days at a time, i feel almost stableβ¦ then despite all of my best efforts, the rug gets ripped out from under me.
anyway, not looking for a pity party, but i thought maybe you might appreciate a very human and vulnerable post of what i deal with.
i swear 1/2 of my income goes towards taxes/retirement, 1/4 towards rent/food/expenses and the other 1/4 goes right into chronic pain management π₯² so if you felt called to contribute to keeping this sweet little body happy and healthy, please feel free to show some love on this post goal.
my neck, my back, my pussy and my crack thank you in advance.
