Weight this morning at 126kg, definitely gained some good strength and size. Definitely do feel good about the weight gain being able to crush some PR at the gym so far.
Now it’s time for cut down , definitely wanna do marathon or bodybuilding by end of this year.
Did 15k run this afternoon I was gassed. Gonna get better at it.
I always feel insecure when I bulk , because y’all have seen me so shredded whenever I gain little pound over. Feel hella weird does anyone have this situation as well ?? Lot of people at the gym told me they don’t see the difference in me with weight gain because I still have visible slight abs but still I feel certain way. Am I just overthinking about it ??
