Sitting, smoking, snacking, and Switch - a little glimpse into my broken leg life the last couple weeks!I fractured the top of my fibula after running from stinging insects and taking a fall last month. My leg was too big for the knee immobilizer they had at the ER, so I had to use bandage wraps and keep my leg straight best I could for two weeks while it healed.
Being this size and having to deal with this has been a struggle! But that's kinda hot, too. ;) I admit, it has been kinda nice having my partner taking care of me while stuck in bed with limited mobility. I am glad this is temporary, though! I miss being able to walk normally, but I'm getting better every day.
I'm not sure what this means yet as far as gaining goes, but I'll update you when I figure out a plan. Fall is hungry season!
