finally got around to making a full body workout video! in this full length 30 min video i demonstrate all my favorite at home exercises! i show you everything do for my upper body and lower body :) i started in compression gear but as i got warmed up i had to strip them off ;) by the time i get to my lower body i end up completely naked! if you stick around till the end of the video you get a special creamy reward;) i hope you enjoy this video!
