I did my third segment ever with True Naked Yoga and Iβm SO pumped about this program because I got to be part of their first Chi Gong series on the site! Itβs such a dream working with them. Honestly, it makes me want to get my yoga certification so I could lead people in little flows as well! Iβm very inspired by the instruction and guidance given throughout the flows, and I believe that I could someday do that myself. π
Well with all that being said, if you want to start your yoga practice WITHOUT wearing clothes, then Iβd say you should check out TNY. ππ
