Last night, I ate Chipotle for the first time in my life. I had about one third of the high protein bowl (chicken, beans, rice, cheese, lettuce, hot pepper sauce) and I had one half of a chicken and veg quesadilla meal. The food was amazing, and macros on point for my goals. This morning, my ass was burrrrrning! 🥵 Finally, I have found food that blows out my ass without blowing up my body lmao. Enjoy these nasty bubbly candid morning farts in my grey boxer shorts (the ones I recently received from my wish list!) 😘
