Description:
In this video, I’m relaxing in bed after dinner, reading a book on my phone, with a full 2-liter water bottle in the background. My goal? To drink the entire bottle while recording every moment—digestion sounds, burps, and all.
As I sip my way through the water, you’ll hear the gurgles and groans of my belly processing all that liquid, along with some satisfying burps as the pressure builds. By the time I finish the bottle, my belly is incredibly bloated, but because my muscles are tense from the cold (it’s still winter in Spain!) and the sheer volume of cool liquid, it doesn’t protrude as much as you might expect.
The real highlight comes when my husband gives my belly a playful slap. You can see it move in a unique way, showing just how full and tight it is from all the water. It’s a fascinating and satisfying sight!
If you love the sounds of digestion, the struggle of a bloated belly, and the fun of a post-challenge belly slap, this video is for you!
