It's so good to be back to being greedy again! Did you miss me? Things have settled down a little at home and my Mom is on the road to recovery so my appetite has returned with a vengeance 🥰 I know you see me eating Chinese food a lot but (a) it's my favourite and (b) I can eat LOADS of it - especially when I cook it for myself! I made this recipe for FOUR and completely *devoured* it. I'm so big and gassy at the end!
