🕑 Added 2023-12-21 15:58:25 +0000 UTC It's time for another prep update! I'm now nearly 6 weeks into prep and didn't realise the full extent of the progress I've made so far until I made this comparison today! I've leaned out everywhere but I'm especially noticing it in my face, my back and my glutes 😅 coach was happy with my check in this morning and has decided we probably don't need to make any changes until the new year which makes me very happy as I'm pretty much cruising along at the moment - I'm still eating over 2k calories a day, cardio is only 6 x 25 minute sessions a week and my step target is still only 10k steps so I'm amazed that I'm continuing to drop weight. the overachiever in me wants to dig harder already but this could result in me being ready too early - I'm still around 14 weeks out from my first show so there are bags of time left to bring the condition. I also had a posing session today and we went over the routine that I'll be performing on stage - this is the part I've been dreading the most but I'm slowly starting to enjoy posing as I see my shape and definition come in 😁 Excited to keep on chipping away!!
