🕑 Added 2023-11-13 11:04:01 +0000 UTC IT'S MY BIRTHDAYYYY ๐๐ and also officially day 1 of prep ๐ A couple of stills from some posing practice I did last night ๐ฅฐ I trained upper body this morning and the rest of today will be finishing meal prep, doing cardio later and then taking one of my kitties to the vet ๐ฅฒ yesterday evening was spent celebrating with my family so that I could start off my comp prep today by ticking all of the boxes. wrapping up this gaining phase at roughly 78kg - I'm aiming to do my first show at the end of March so it's looking to be around a 20+ week prep ๐ตโ๐ซ Fat burners are officially back in as of this morning (clenbuterol, T3 & T4), I'm not expecting to be using steroids again until probably the back end of my prep so hopefully my strength sticks around for now!! Exciting times ahead ๐
