♥️SELF CARE POST♥️ because you all are important to me!
This post features one of the many ways to prepare for a nice steam shower/hot bath/spiritual bath—
1. First purchase a bundle Eucalyptus from your local florist (or online)
2. Lay Eucalyptus on a sheet of paper (or news paper)
3. Roll over Eucalyptus with an empty (or full) bottle of wine to release its soothing and distressing essential oils for about a minute or so. You will smell when you have done it right!
4. Hang in shower or bath underneath your shower head or faucet.
5. Take a hot steamy shower or bath and relax in heaven 😇
