I just prioritize protein and aim for higher carb. I don’t count macros anymore Note: i really only eat whole foods which makes it much easier. I have to due to my autoimmune 🦋 3. I don’t train core with weights, it’s strong through yoga and calisthenics 4. I just enjoy lifting and the masochism that is beating myself up. The change in performance and appearance is addicting.
