Let's make this Thursday AMAZING! βΌοΈβΌοΈ Live show is tonight at 10PM EST get ready for a fun game of sexy spin the wheel βΌοΈβΌοΈ π¨May is mental health awareness month π¨ GRATITUDE is the key to happiness. Meditate!!! Play some gentle calming music and for at least 5 minutes sit with zero distraction, close your eyes and focus on breathing in and out. If you have trouble clearing your mind, say two words in your head while you breath, "in" & "out"Β eventually your mind will be clear. Let's talk about patience and grace. struggling with happiness and identity can be exhausting and quite isolating. Patience with yourself daily is imperative. Humility and humanity. Humility to acknowledge the root of the issue and humanity to grant kindness in the struggle. This is important when dealing not only with yourself but others as well. Grace. Give yourself and others grace. Usually when you're in a low place you may not feel you deserve patience.Β or if you are in the outside looking in, you may see "behaviors" from others and be judgemental. So, naturally, you don't think they deserve kindness and patience.Β Granting grace allows you and others the space to grow and move through. Kindness, patience and love. Live in gratitude of the breath you have. Take 5 minutes to reflect and Write down what you are grateful for. Take in nature today. Be thankful for the peace and life it brings. Without nature, we wouldn't exist. Up your please and thank yous. I'm sure we all think we say please and thank you often but part of feeling gratitude is saying it more and meaning it! Be conscious of how thankful you are even for the little things. Have a beautiful day you all! π§‘
