@ccflight @caitlynsway and I spent an afternoon filming our infamous YouTube Try-On videos and decided to wrap up a days work with an invigorating group cold dip in the pool.
Since the weather has changed a bit here, the pool was quite frigid if you couldn’t tell by our reactions..😂 Though, I’d say I did a pretty good job at staying calm and composed, which definitely wasn't how it always was before I started incorporating cold therapy in my wellness routine.
The cold is our friend, as the ice man Wim Hoff says, and there are so many amazing benefits besides lots of giggles and beautifully erect nipples that uplevel our mental and physical health! Lots of scientific research and resources out there on the topic if you feel so inclined to expand your bed of knowledge in this area🐣🧠
And no, you don’t need a pool or a fancy cold plunge tub to do them in. A simple shower turned completely to cold shall suffice, that is, if you’re up for the challenge😝
