Eeeee Iโm starting to feel loads better, and a little bit of ..::intuitive movement medicine::.. is JUST what the doctor ordered on this moody, rainy day in LA๐๐ฆ
I absolutely love dropping into a sensual song and just thrashing around, delving deep into my bodily sensations, and allowing emotions (aka energy in motion) to move through me.
And with zero judgement for what it looks like because itโs so much more about how it FEELS๐
Even just a year ago I would have never posted a video like this. I guess it goes to show how much Iโve grown in my self-acceptance and released the judgement around who I am and how I move. It feels good to be free.
